John joined the Cardiff office of Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche LLP) in 1990 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993. John has more than 15 years experience of managing audit assignments of varying sizes in a number of sectors, including listed companies (full listed and AIM and Nasdaq), UK subsidiaries of major international businesses (including subsidiaries of many SEC registrants), and non-listed SMEs.
As well as managing all aspects of the delivery of audit services, John has extensive experience in giving accounting advice under UK GAAP and has advised a number of entities on applying and implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He also has a working knowledge of US GAAP.
John also has significant experience of corporate finance work, including flotations, acquisitions and disposals; and dealing with financial investigations; and other project work.
John joined Peacheys in July 2009 in the Audit department and now manages the audit team.
